All goods remain the property of Waverider Vans until full payment is received, a full 6 months parts and labour guarantee is given at the time of van collection.
It is the customers own responsibility to get the vehicle back to our workshop to carry out any repairs needed.
Misuse of any equipment or appliances, water damage to units or appliances splits in roof canvas due to incorrect operation or misuse.
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total build cost is to be paid at invoice stage prior to the conversion commencing.
This is to ensure parts and materials can be ordered and a build date scheduled.
Customer quotations are valid for twenty-eight days from the date on the proposal.
If the quotation is not agreed in this time we reserve the right to amend any details and pricing and a new quotation will be raised.
Orders for Beds, Roofs, Ply and any specific items for the build are non-refundable as these products are specially ordered and non-returnable to our suppliers.
The final balance should be paid upon completion of the work.
Please note that all remaining funds must be cleared before any vehicle is released from Waverider Vans control.
A job specification worksheet will be sent to the customer prior to the conversion starting.
Any amendments to the job specification worksheet, by the customer or by Waverider Vans must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
All personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to arrival.
We cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged to personal property.
For camper conversions, seat, bed & diesel heater fitting please ensure your vehicle is delivered with no more than quarter of a tank of fuel. The reason for this is the fuel tank may need to be removed from the vehicle chassis. If the fuel level is above the required level the job may have to be rescheduled.
Please note all vans left at Waverider Vans for conversion are at the owners risk.
It is a prerequisite and your responsibility that any van being dropped off for conversion with Waverider Vans is fully comprehensibly insured.
We thoroughly test all elements of our conversions, however on occasion there may be an instance where there is a potential snagging issue.
In these situations we are happy to rectify the issue as long as they are within the terms of our back to base warranty.
All snagging issues must be emailed in the first instance to firstname.lastname@example.org (please note we aim to respond within 48 hrs).
Please be advised that all warranty/snagging work are to be booked in separately.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
