Our Legal Bases
The law on data protection sets out a number of different reasons for which a company may collect and process your personal data.
We rely on Consent or Legitimate Interest.
In specific situations we use your consent to collect and process your data. We only collect the personal information that we deem necessary to perform the service.
An example of us using consent is to send you marketing material, namely emails, to which you have signed up for.
Another example might be if we are delivering your completed van to your home address.
In other situations, we rely on Legitimate Interest as we require your data to pursue our legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running our campervan conversion business and which does not materially affect your rights, freedom or interests.
For example this might include using your purchase history to send you personalised offers.
